How to Prepare AC for Monsoon Season Safely

Monsoon weather can turn a hot, dry afternoon into blowing dust, high winds, heavy rain, and lightning in a matter of minutes. Knowing how to prepare AC for monsoon conditions helps protect the equipment that keeps your home or business comfortable when the weather settles. A few practical checks before the season starts can reduce the chance of a shutdown, water issue, or avoidable repair call.

For Verde Valley property owners, the biggest concern is not rain alone. Wind-driven debris, dust buildup, power fluctuations, and drainage problems can all affect air-conditioning performance. Start With the Outdoor AC Unit
